Shipping policy

All orders are sent by Royal Mail, usually within 1-2 business days, however, please be prepared to allow 2-4 days before dispatch on some A3 and A2 sized prints due to them being professionally printed to order.

Delivery charges are dependent on size of the products.

Please note that some orders may be shipped in more than one parcel. Orders should take 1-5 working days from dispatch to arrive, but please be aware that additional postal delays are sometimes a possibility.

 

PLEASE NOTE: Orders placed from outside the UK may be subject to import and VAT fees at the border of your country. These fees are the responsibility of you, the customer and will be collected via the postal provider in your country.

I offer International delivery, to Europe, Canada, United States, Australia and New Zealand.

As with UK orders, postage prices are dependent on the weight of the products, and start from £4, ranging up to £16.

International orders can take around 7-19 days from dispatch to arrive, but this may vary due to customs/border delays or any other delays within your country. It is not my responsibility for any customs fees that may occur in your country.

To keep the shipping costs as reasonable as possible the items are not sent tracked, this means that I am unable to tell you where your order is, I only get information when it has been delivered.

If you specifically want a tracked delivery please just let me know, this will usually cost an additional £5-10.

I cannot accept responsibility for delayed items due to postal strikes or circumstances beyond my control such a customs delays, I ask that you give the item at least 30 days to arrive before letting me know that it hasn't arrived.
