Refund policy


Unfortunately I cannot accept returns unless faulty. However, in the circumstance that 
you do have any issues, please email me at adamfrancisart@gmail.com and I’ll endeavour to help. 

I am confident enough in the quality of my products to enforce this policy, reinforced by the 1000+ 5 star reviews from my past customers.

To avoid any potential issues please feel free to contact me to discuss any questions you may have about my designs and prints etc before placing your order. I am always very happy to discuss my work.

Damages and issues
Please check your order upon receipt and contact me immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that I can resolve the issue for you as quickly as possible by sending out a replacement. Please send a photo, especially if your order is damaged in transit, as this will help me to claim against the courier. 

I pack all of the orders myself and do my utmost to minimise any potential damage caused by handling of the parcel in transit (which is unfortunately out of my control) by using strong envelopes/tubes and 'please do not bend' stickers etc.


Refunds
If you are to receive a refund, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.
